Kim obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the National University of Singapore in 1987 and was admitted to the Roll of Advocates & Solicitors, Supreme Court, Singapore on 16th March 1988.
​
She worked at four law firms before she finally decided to set up her own firm and practice in January 2004.
​
Kim handles civil and criminal litigation, corporate solicitor's work, intellectual property and trademark matters as well as contentious and non-contentious family and probate matters.

Everyone who meets Kim can say with certainty that she is truly a lawyer with a human touch. She is a competent leader with quick thinking, displays vast levels of confidence and has strong interpersonal skills. Mr Tan is a Consultant with the Firm. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor, Singapore in 1993. His areas of practice include criminal and matrimonial matters, conveyancing and transactional matters (private and commercial), commercial and corporate law, probate and administration, employment law, landlord-tenant matters and general solicitor's work.

Mr Choong is a Consultant with the Firm. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor, Singapore in 1993 and has been in private legal practice since. His areas of practice include matrimonial matters, transactional work including representation in the sale and purchase of companies and shares, commercial and corporate law, probate and administration, employment law and general solicitor's work.
Nadiah obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the National University of Singapore in 2010, and was admitted to the Roll of Advocates & Solicitors, Singapore, on 27 August 2011.
Nadiah assists Kim in all matters including general litigation, corporate and solicitors' work. Nadiah speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
She is brilliant and has an open -minded concept on what will work best for the firm. This effectively makes her a strong team leader and a good legal assistant. Nadiah is capable of communicating and interacting well with other people, making her a great asset to the team as she skilfully provides great legal advice to clients whilst simultaneously reassuring them.

Max obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Singapore Management University Yong Pung How School of Law in 2022 and obtained a Distinction in Family Law for his Part B of the Singapore Bar Examinations. He was admitted to the Roll of Advocates & Solicitors, Singapore, in August 2023.
He assists Ms Lim Kim Hong in a variety of matters, including general litigation, corporate and solicitor’s work, in addition to his role as a LPA Certificate Issuer.
